Statement

The Red Line project rises out of a conflict with the image of "national tragedy," a form of tragedy that is private, insular, enclosed, complete, absolute, self justified, a quite strange thing, for tragedy is not a thing, but an image of a thing. "National tragedy" is in fact a sort of strategy, a condition of orders, with the intention of constructing a uniform of actions and re-actions (The process of denomination). This strategy is part of a larger network of strategies, a network of overwhelming and dehumanizing dimensions.

The Red Line project is not intended to nominate the thing, but the image of the thing (space). It does not present the thing itself, but a sort of second order abstraction of something else that's abstract, an image reflecting upon other images.
