Statement

Through this body of work, the viewer confronts a familiar world - a society fueled by fear, deception, propaganda, and suspicion. The everyday becomes complex, transformed into a potentially disastrous situation.

While the world they inhabit is similar to ours it is a fictional place made to resemble our own potential future, a world where everyone is a potentially a criminal, plotting each other's destruction.

The figures are in terrorist ski masks to hide their identity, but are wearing western fashions in order to blur the lines between of the common place and the potentially dangerous.
